Marketing Manager
Style Encore is a resale retail brand. I worked as a Marketing Manager supporting both digital and in-store marketing efforts, with a focus on content execution, campaign coordination, and visual consistency across channels.
The Work
I was responsible for day-to-day marketing execution across multiple channels, including social media, email, SMS, and in-store promotions. This included designing branded graphics, planning and scheduling content, and supporting seasonal campaigns and product launches.
I also managed e-commerce-related tasks such as product uploads, styling, photography, and content preparation for both the website and social platforms.
My Approach
I approached this role with an emphasis on organization and consistency across touchpoints. With frequent promotions and changing inventory, it was important to maintain a cohesive visual identity while managing a steady volume of content.
I focused on planning through content and event calendars, aligning digital and in-store messaging, and creating reusable assets that made execution more efficient during busy periods.
Execution
Execution included creating and scheduling social media content, designing digital and in-store promotional graphics, supporting email and SMS campaigns, and coordinating visuals for seasonal initiatives.
I also photographed and styled products for e-commerce and marketing use, ensuring visuals were consistent with brand standards and ready for use across platforms.
Outcome
Over a 60-day period, I grew the Instagram account by approximately 2,000 followers. I also grew the TikTok account from roughly 200 followers to over 1,000, while establishing more consistent video performance.
During this time, videos regularly exceeded 1,000 views, with many reaching over 10,000 views. These results reflected improved consistency, clearer content direction, and a more structured posting approach.
