Legal Talent Solutions is a legal staffing agency. I supported their marketing efforts by managing content across platforms, strengthening their LinkedIn presence, and helping establish a more consistent and credible online brand for both the business and its founder.
The Work
I was responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content across LinkedIn and other platforms, with a focus on professional, recruiting-focused messaging. This included managing the company’s LinkedIn presence and supporting the development of a personal brand for the founder.
In addition to social media, I created a landing page for the founder and wrote weekly blog posts to support SEO and improve long-term visibility.
My Approach
I approached this work with an emphasis on clarity, credibility, and consistency. For a legal staffing audience, it was important that content felt professional and informative without becoming overly rigid or impersonal.
I focused on aligning company content and the founder’s personal brand, maintaining a steady publishing cadence, and creating written content that could support search visibility over time rather than relying on short-term trends.
